Reminded me so much of some of the lyrics from Oceans by Jay-Z and Frank Ocean, where they say: "...Because this water tells my story, this water mixed blood..." wanting to explain that buried in the ocean are the stories of so many people who were enslaved and never made it to the coast because they either jump to be free or thrown to preserve ships and things deemed more valuable than them and how also the water brought them to new lands and mixed them with different races, environments and so on. One of the best lines on the MCU for sure.

@@pizzaguy8844 I think it’s powerful because the people that jumped from the ships did it because they would rather be dead than be forced into captivity and slavery. It shows that they aren’t willing to be pushed down, or to be made to feel like they are worth less than what they actually are, and as someone who knows what that feels like I can identify with at least a part of that, though not on the same level as slaves. So that’s why I found this a powerful and meaningful line.

Black Panther is one of the few post-Age of Ultron Marvel movies I've seen (I haven't even seen Infinity War or Endgame) and that movie restores my faith in superhero movies. It was so much fun, so emotional, and just had the best action. (And yes I too had a MASSIVE crush on Okoye too)

Same with the samsung LGs. Thing was a friking brick, dropped it out my truck, on the floor many times where the back and the battery would literally be tossed out, in the bathtub filled with water and somehow after drying was fine, etc.. a nuke war is no problem lmao. 😂

Well, it doesn’t matter. Infinity war shit all over the entire theme and purpose of ragnorok and black panther and Spider-Man are the least important movies in the grand scheme (grand scheme meaning the 10 year build up to thanos)
