The smaller volcano on the lake is not the volcano. The bigger one behind covered with ash, lava and pumice is the active volcano. The whole lake is actually situated in Batangas province. It's just that Tagaytay City in Cavite province has the amazing view of the volcano.

@@japantruestory I was informed by a volcanologist that the smaller one which most people thought it is the volcano is just a volcanic vent.
