I am not an Iraqi, but my father lived in Iraq in the late 80s to early 90s, he always talks about how well the economy was during the Sadam Hussein's regime. It is so sad to see how every thing has turned upside down for Iraq because of false claims of nuclear weapons. 😢

What are you talking about? Saddam Hussein ruined the Iraqi economy. Iraq never reaped the benefits of its staggering oil revenue because Saddam was so corrupt, selfish and greedy.

I'm Kari and my parents fled the war in 1988.they lost so many of their family members from Saddam.yes he was good for the economy but he caused A lot of bloodshed. Well your damn lucky you didn’t have to feel the pain of the chemical weapons attack he launched at his own people, You didn’t have to feel the tears well up in your eyes as your father was removed from a room taken out back and shot on tv. Simply because Saddam was not a fan of different political affiliations, and you didn’t have to feel the confusion of watching the man who had your family and hundreds of thousands of other families murdered. Being hanged yet still feeling horrible that the man being hanged may have been evil but he was still a man and that makes you feel horrible. Saddam Hussein may be guilty but his trail was ridiculously unfair and horribly biased. The judges and the whole system was hell bent to destroy Saddam. This is not democracy. It's a hell that iraqis brought upon themselves. When they killed saddam a person asked him to "go to hell". "The hell that is Iraq?" ? This was his reply.

I’m learning more about the Middle East now, because of the massacre in Palestine. I feel very deeply for the people in the Middle East, what America has done to you is beyond wrong and the leaders of America need to pay for their sins.

I felt that too, because I said the same thang when my own government came up against me, & use my own people ect, to spread lies about me. I was like, damn, I'm fighting for you/us. So I can totally relate to a lot of these world leaders, who had their countries invaded. I'm an American and beyond ashamed for what we have done around the world. Sadam and Khadafi and countless others who ironically were the true freedom fighters and loyal to their countrymen. I cried myself to sleep recently thinking how God will judge us. I woke up post 911 and have lost friends, family members make fun of me and think I am crazy. I will stand before my savior soon and I hope he is proud of me. I have tried for decades to find the truth even when it has made me a target.

Im from Pakistan, and i was very little when Saddam was given the death sentence but I remember my family, neighbours and other people being extremely sad, mourning the news and talking about it with broken hearts! I remember feeling sadness and grieving in our home… he was a man deserving of honour and respect!

Saddam was a MAN. A foreign concept to Americans who only have clowns and celebrities to tell them what being a man is all about. I've heard of the accusations against him regarding bloodshed under his rule. He was going after foreign and domestic agitators for the sake of those who belong in Iraq and enjoy living there. Saddam didn't have any tolerance for professional disrupters because he knew who was doing the agitating. After all these years, the West is paying a terrible price for tolerating the same disrupters within their own borders. All in the name of muh_dumbocracy and muh_civil rights. Both have proven to be evil masquerading as good.

@@oceanworld1383 yes our debt is increasing ... we were busy in playing cold war and we didnt focus on our economy .. one of the major reason is our 50 % of tax collections are used in paying interest of our external debt ... we had made a lot of serious mistakes ... politicians are very currupt ( except imran khan ) ,,, a few military generals are very corrupt ( they used the money provided by america and arab countries for their own benefit ) ... the 1971 war was more of a geographical loss and also our army had no support of bengali people ( after a few atrocites during operation search light ) ... we are now very well aware of our mistakes ... in the next few years either you will see the rise of real pakistan of its complete downfall .... as far our borders we have no problem our army is enough strong to protect our borders ....

I remembered working my first job here In the state. It was a Ramadan when he was in this trials. “ I’m defending myself, I’m defending you. I’m super proud of this man and his accomplishments as leader will never go to fade easily.

As a Muslim American in these times I have felt and still feel the frustration this man is conveying in this video. I recognize his struggle to fight for the truth in a den of liars. Now I understand why America painted him the way they did. Assalamu alaikum to all of my brothers and sisters.

Canadian Christian here and have to respect saddam for what he was saying here it’s quite clear who the aggressors are in the world in 2003 I was only 10 years old and not able to fully understand what was going on only the propaganda being shown to us

American As a American i was ultimately drafted for the Iraqi war ( signed up air force 1997 ) i was denied for a head injury as a child i was sooo angry i wanted set Saddam Hussein head . Today i feel betrayed by my government i thank God for forbidding me to fight for lies . I'm sorry for what my country has done to all the other countries, we look like and are monsters to children in Iraq . I've learned that the American government is not you're friend if anything it's a machine that is out for one thing. POWER NOT A SAFER WORLD .

As a retired Marine with 5 combat deployments I can say that I never fought in a justified military operation. Terrorist that we were killing were found often times to be funded by the CIA originally. Is America evil? Absolutely not. Our people are peace loving children of God just like all other people of different countries and ethnic backgrounds. Are our politicians utterly corrupt and evil? You damn right they are, and this fact is a true travesty.

I used to work with 2 Islamic people on my team. I made sure all our meetings did not conflict with their time of prayer, and that a conference room is readily available for them to use as prayer room at all times. On their last day of work when their work contracts were up, they both shed tears of sincerity when handing over their badges to me. I was so privileged to have the time to work with them and learn about their culture and way of life.

As an American, I approve this message. However I want all of you to know that a lot of Americans wish we never went to war with Iraq. The American government does not represent us. They are for themselves. Throughout history and every great empire of it's time, governments or leader's have acted like they cared for their people. Now you all know it's always been a lie. In July of 1991, I was born a Christian Catholic in the city of Baghdad Iraq. At just 90 days old my parents wanting a better future for their children packed up the necessary items we needed & headed for the good old USA. We successfully reached the United States & we’ve been here ever since, going on 34 years now. What I can say for sure is that all of my family members every single one of them who was in Iraq during the reign of Saddam Hussein have only ever had positive things to say about him, Not out of fear, or anything other than the simple fact that they truly believed in what they felt about him. From what I have picked up hearing everything I have about Saddam Hussein is that he was a strict man, similar to a strict father. Still, he did everything to condemn & hold accountable anyone committing lawlessness. So something I have come to accept and realize and see that it’s hard for the US government to do so is that all the bad things they say Saddam did during his presidency were all done to terrible people. In America, they would have been without a doubt in prison for life for the types of crimes that were committed by these people, some even also sentenced to death, but one thing America’s government needs to understand is that Iraq is not America & that’s OK. Every country is different, & not every country must be like America, & rightfully so other countries have their own ways. America is a new country compared to pretty much the rest of the world that has been firmly established for many many years, especially a place like Iraq, which I must add is also known as the cradle of civilization, so the newer country of the bunch usually shouldn’t be the one trying to make everyone else like them, They have much much trials and errors to still go through compared to the rest of the world, but hey that’s America. In the end, all I can say is that America resulted to all to get what they wanted done was very sad, to say the least, and I hope that the majority of people know the truth and the truth about Saddam Hussein and his accomplishments. Additionally, I’d like to add and remind you that this is all coming from a Christian Catholic born in a country that was in power and ruled by Muslims so it takes a lot to be able to say that from such different opposites in terms of religion. In fact, my people (the Chaldeans/Assyrians) loved Saddam Hussein so much that in Detroit Michigan we once gave the keys of the city to Saddam Hussein, Now That’s saying a lot. I feel greatly touched. I was taught during my studies to not believe what the media is telling us, to look criticly, to think. I never believed what Americans said about many people and countries. I feel so sorry for all who received "help" from the West.

You fucking know nothing about this man. He murdered thousands of pregnant women my hanging them on hooks and waiting for them to bleed out when their baby's tried to be born. And rounded up hundreds of thousands of innocent people and used them as practice to see how deadly his mustard gas was. Killing all of them. He was a pure devil sent straight from hell. It was a happy day the day he hung 😂😂
