yesterday was my maths exam and I'm not well in it but with padhle i prepared for it wisely and during my prepration i was very confident that "this time I'll make , I'll have good grades" but when I was in the school van , alone my heart felt it would come out any moment and i felt like throwing up anytime thinking that "what if i fail this time , I've given my 100% what if i get bad grades,ITS MATHS" but I did quite good in paper so anyone out there like me please learn to control your heart rate as bhaiya said and your overthinking too coz if you get both at same time trust me it'll be so so bad oky and stick to padhle till your very end , it's not just about study bhaiya yaha apke stress anxiety sabo calm karne ke and overall development k bhi tarike batate hai and this the best Chanel you can ever find yourself
