Salam Alikum I have 2 passive income Agricultural land on Rent My house also on Rent. The Money I get from passive income I invest it in true money Gold bullions. I have Active income Job for Emergency funds Monthly expensives as well.

Sir I am your fan. You always keep motivating for saving and give financial literacy to general public through this channel. I am a salaried person and aged at 40 years. I have started saving 30% of my income just now from last one year. I have to buy home in city to avoid daily travelling from village for which I have no other sources than that of financing from bank. Please advise me whether I should do this or not.
