I rarely ever speak to anyone in my class other than this one person, usually like to stick to myself in a corner everyone was basically chill with me until one day the "troublemaker" of our class was throwing pieces of chalk at my benchmate and kept on hitting me instead- I somehow I went up to them (probably over like half a foot taller) and basically threatened them and scolded them about how shit of an aim they had, how they're so dumb to even think they could hit accurately from so far etc while backing them into a corner, because I just wanted to sit and read in a corner but they wouldn't let me FOR THE REST OF THE YEAR IF THEY DID LITERALLY ANYTHING THAT MIGHT HAVE ANNOYED ME THEY KEPT APOLOGISING AND LITERALLY BACKS AWAY FROM ME?? My 2 minutes of confidence has saved me hours of just being tolerant. the fact that I never threaten anyone made this more impactful so yes

I liked the video but i wanted to add my own opinion too, just if it could help ya know. So imagine a confident person. This person doesn't know how to dance, but they are in gathering where they are required to. Despite not knowing how to dance, they will give it a shot and won't care if they are being GOOD at it or whether people are laughing, at them. They are confident in being themselves and don't care about anyone. All i wanna say is, it's great to improve yourself and acquire skills, but don't tie your confidence to any achievement, please. I came to know the hard way after being an academically bright student, when one time I couldn't score as much as I expected to and got depression after that. You are enough in yourself, you don't need to make a personality just to show others, just being true to who you are, accepting and improving yourself is great. I know it was long, I don't know why I wrote it, I never write, but if you're still reading I hope it was helpful.

I read a book about Self Confidence, written by Charles Pépin. It was pretty philosophical, and concrete at the same time. I remembered well one thing that he said in this book : Self confidence, is having confidence is the world. You can't control everything, so just be there and react to what happens the better you can. Actually it's way better said in the book, and every "philosophical" argument comes with examples. By the way, thanks you Ruff for all these videos, they are so real. It's like if I haven't to overthink and minding about something, because you talk about that something. Keep it up, kiss.

I spent the last 5 years in a class of people who judged me because I don't talk much, I started to become really awkward because I was scared that people would hate me for being silent so I learnt how to talk more than necessary even though I don't like it. Now I have 2 close friends and the rest are just people I'm forced to talk to, thankfully I'm finishing school this year so I can become more independent and work on improving my personality

Excellent method to articulate these points as always. We can truly learn to tackle our internal and external challenges with the simple concepts of developing personal competency, effective communication (additionally reflects the principle to listen more rather than speak to develop an edge in confidence), supporting yourself with a more appropriate social dynamic with few yet strong friendships, and embracing your introversion.

I'm a rare breed of introver-extrovert. I'm an ambivert. so there are times when I'm shy and reserved, and times where I'm loud and weird with people I love. But I love all people... except annoying obnoxius ones. they give me headaches. LITERALLY.

Grass is a plant with narrow leaves growing from the base. A common kind of grass is used to cover the ground in a lawn and other places. Grass gets water from the roots in the ground. Grasses are monocotyledon, herbaceous plants. The grasses include the "grass", of the family Poaceae (also called Gramineae). Also sometimes it is used to include the sedges (Cyperaceae) and the rushes (Juncaceae). These three families are not closely related but belong to different clades in the order Poales. They are similar adaptations to a common life-style. The true grasses include cereals, bamboo and the grasses of lawns (turf) and grassland. Uses for graminoids include food (as grain, sprouted grain, shoots or rhizomes), drink (beer, whisky), pasture for livestock, thatching thatch, paper, fuel, clothing, insulation, construction, sports turf, basket weaving and many others. Many grasses are short, but some grasses, like bamboo can grow very tall. Plants from the grass family can grow in many places, even if they are very cold or very dry. Several other plants that look similar but are not members of the grass family are also sometimes called grass; these include rushes, reeds, papyrus, and water chestnut. Grasses are an important food for many animals, like deer, buffalo, cattle, mice, grasshoppers, caterpillars, and many other grazers. Unlike other plants, grasses grow from the bottom, so when animals eat grass they usually do not destroy the part that grows. Without grass, dirt can wash away into rivers (erosion). Graminoids include some of the most versatile plant life-forms. They became widespread toward the end of the Cretaceous. Fossilized dinosaur dung (coprolites) have been found containing grass phytoliths (silica stones inside grass leaves). Grasses have adapted to conditions in lush rain forests, dry deserts, cold mountains and even intertidal habitats, and are now the most widespread plant type. Grass is a valuable source of food and energy for many animals. Lawn grass is often planted on sports fields and in the area around a building. Sometimes chemicals and water is used to help lawns to grow. People have used grasses for a long time. People eat parts of grasses. Corn, wheat, barley, oats, rice and millet are cereals, common grains whose seeds are used for food and to make alcohol such as beer. Sugar comes from sugar cane, which is also a plant in the grass family. People have grown grasses as food for farm animals for about 4,000 years. People use bamboo to build houses, fences, furniture and other things. Grass plants can also be used as fuel, to cover roofs, and to weave baskets. In English, the word "grass" appears in several phrases. For example: "The grass is always greener on the other side" means "people are never happy with what they have and want something else." "Don't let the grass grow under your feet" means "Do something". "A snake in the grass" is about a person that will not be honest and will trick others. Grass is sometimes used as a slang term for cannabis (also called pot, weed, or marijuana) Thanks 💯🔥✨

1:25 Your receive is off because you are not facing the direction you are supposed to received towards. You are also rushing the receive, you should try to guide the ball towards your partner using your legs, sorta like a squat. You should wait for the ball to land on your forearms so it can fully absorb the impact, not contact the ball with your forearms before it lands. Btw I think the girl was receiving towards your teammate, the other girl.

In history class, you were only required to write 4 sentences on each test... I wrote entire essays, that covered like 2-3 entire papers. My history teacher even asked me to stop writing such long responses, she even just started giving me gold starts on tests. She also said in all of her years of teaching, several decades worth. I wrote the best test answer she had ever read. Saying it was college level. I have a massive confidence ego in history.
