Автокөліктер мен көлік құралдары
Are you looking for a new BBQ for your caravan?
We have reviewed the Weber Q and the Ziggy but now it’s time for something a little bigger for our growing family.
In this video we review the Weber Traveller, how it cooks, fuel sources and dimensions to see if it fits in the tunnel boot.

Great video. Just purchased one and videos like your even make the buy better!
Oh wish I caught up yesterday as u can make an attachment on the handle for a roll. Plus when I got mine when it came out over a year ago they didn’t have the hot plate! I’m going to bcf in Bendigo tomorrow an getting one 😂😂😂 the only thing is we ain’t cooking a roast in it but I wonder if the trivet would make it lower enough for pan??? Great review mate 👍🏼 Matti Odin62 🤘🏽🤘🏽
I have watched a few videos showcasing this grill but you are the first to answer a question I had, and that is how long do those small propane containers last with this unit... As I want to buy this for daily use, and not for traveling with, this is valuable information for me. I live in a condo with a deck so I would love a compact unit and I cook only for myself most of the time. I am also very short, so this may be a good choice for me.
Close the lid. Keeps heat in and gets and keeps grill hot enough for steaks! Does take 15 minutes to really heat up the hot plate thing.
Great video
I have one Webber traveler, great little grill I also have the griddle plate never knew that you could buy a lower rate for a pot gonna try to buy one of them if you wouldn’t mind send the model number of it I will try to buy one. Thanks God bless.
Ziggy have a new version called the Nomad that has the flame arrestor so you can use a caravan bayonet fitting. Otherwise it is the same unit.
awesome review 👌🏽

Glad you enjoyed it
That Weber is very long! What about cooking a roast? One option I’ve seen is getting a longer hose and fitting direct to your spare gas bottle directly. I’ve seen a bbq that ticks a lot of boxes selling at Costco. Pretty cheap to but does it fit in the tunnel boot?
I looked into both this grill and the Coleman Road trip grill. I might have to choose the Coleman Road trip grill. That one has two burners, three knobs to control the burners and it has the grease/oil tray inside the grill.
It will cook better if you put the lid down and has time to preheat. I've ditched my flat plate in favour of some spun steel dishes from hillbilly camp gear, they work a charm
I believe there are refill adaptors available on eBay that allow you to refill the 1kg cylinders from your 9kg bottles. It needs to be done carefully/responsibly, but it's not that difficult.
I have a new Q2000 here at the moment (got given it for free) and still trying to decide if I am putting it in my camper trailer build, or if I am getting a traveller. I feel like the traveller is a better option, and more convenient. But when I have a good stove it kind of does the same thing, so I feel like the Q2000 will stay for me.

The q can cook a whole chicken. Not just spatchcock
HI! How much exactly does it measure when closed in height? I would like to be able to put it in the double floor of my camper..
I’ve mounted mine on a bbq slide out tray on in the tunnel boot of the van, happy to send photos if you like
This is too wide to fit in our tunnel boot. It's a 25 foot van with a huge tunnel boot, but the door is only 560 mm wide. The Weber is 585 mm. What were they thinking?
It doesn’t look like it is call enough under the lid to cook a roast beef or leg of lamb? Is that your thoughts David? We look cooking roasts when camping in our Weber Q.

Do u have a Weber?
Call me crazy but I would use it also for charcoal. Unscrew the flame dotted line pipe n get a small grill cover n throw some charcoal n get grilling started n when you finish you can put the gas lines back n use it for gas grilling way to go Weber you saved me double the price.🤩🤩🤠🤠🤑🤑😁😁
Dash lcc27 to bayonet adapter???
Any idea where one can get the lp tank rest that is shown around 4:20 for the larger tanks?

They look like a good idea with planty of cooking surface but you couldn't do a roast in one like the Weber Q.
Weber need to get wth the program, and include a 'flame out' detector on their mobile BBQ's so caravaners can LEGALLY be able to use the vans bayonet fitting, instead of having to use a seperate dedicated gas bottle. Ziggy have now brought out a portable model with the 'flame out' detector as standard. Wake up Weber !!

They are on that. Instead of buying a new bbq like the ziggy you'll just need to buy an attachment. They dhould be out this quarter

Weber always recommend cooking with the lid down. Faster cook and less gas used. Also, whilst they do sell plates as you have used, the guys from 'heat and grill' recommend use of one of their pans instead. I use it on my Q.

Hi,I too bought a Weber traveller BBQ love it ! Where did you buy your trivet ?
@DASHOffRoad

Just from the Weber shop
Im finding that the trivet used when boiling water, for example, is not available in the United States. Appears to be NZ and AUS only.

I know, I don't get it. I have been trying to find the trivet in the US as well. That would complete our camp setup.
You should check out the Napoleon traveling grill. Has 2 burners, has a cart like the Weber, but it has a bigger top so you can put a whole chicken on it. It will also accommodate the big tanks.
How much to send me a trivet to the U.S
Where I can buy the accessories?

Biggest downside is it won't fit a chook or leg or roast in it, if you cut the legs down on the webber Q it fits perfectly in the tunnel boot

too big, too heavy and too expensive, got rid of my webber and got a coleman hyperflame instead
First if all are these bbq's your or are you giving a " review" for these. Can always connect the new onexdrmirect to the gas bottle Secondly There's nothing wrong with the round BBQ with 3 legs and I still use it. Can't see any reason to buy one.

Weber trailer is a waste of money , just buy a Ziggy and you if can afford the bullshit price of the new ziggy with flame failure buy that.
Low lid, crap for roasting, gay. I have a 2 burner Ziggy. I can put a full size Dutch oven on it and close the lid. Cook cakes Stews any meat Plus grill with more heat then Any Webber. If you only grill, then you don’t have have a Ziggy

Weber BBQ, the worlds worst, very poorly made, flimsy. Could be very dangerous to the user’s. Should be banded. Kiwi
I've gad one for about 12 months. Took it to the Cape and it's s great compact unit. However, the grill is sticky no matter what you do or how you treat it.

@@jimdent351 If you let the Q run on high after you finished cooking and char the stuff on the grill, it'll be easier to scrape off. By getting a lot of stuff sticking on the grill, it's either high sugar marinates or the food isn't ready to let go. I always use Canola or rice bran oil spray on my grates before I put food on them and I oil coat them again after cleaning just to keep it non-stick.
