Bhai the rpm limit is not for getting the riding feel its bcz a new engine needs to settle down and you cannot rev the engine too much till the first oil change. Thats the reason there is rpm limit in certain bikes

1st change on 1000 km the top on each 5000 km and change on every 10,000 km
