Yeah, nerf disruptors are very prone to that problem. You can fix it by clearing out the center of the pin area, drilling a small hole, and supergluing in a cut down nail on both sides to replace the broken pin. EDIT: You can also file down the nails to flatten them or make them fit better to reduce damage/slipping, as well as putting a little bit of grease on there. EDIT 2: I realize there is another issue; the plunger rod arms slam into the metal and because they don’t bend it damages the arms. Perhaps you could fix this by putting a bit of electrical tape on the nails for cushioning, even maybe using smaller diameter/filing down the nails smaller to put more tape?

just got mine an hour ago, did not test it in the store lmao I was laughing when I realized it was not working. Fixed it by using some tapes for now. Will probably mod/repaint it so I'll probably change it to a pulling system similar to a maverick which I had a decade ago.

I got a dynamic green disruptor for christmas, it works fine, fires when you aren’t pulling the trigger sometimes, but fine. However, this regular disruptor I got from a thrift store will fire if you pull back the slide no matter what. Anyone else have this problem? edit: also the cylinder won’t rotate either sometimes
