The jury is so lucky because its very rare to see straight up Mr. Reasonable Doubt, right out the gate, but that's exactly who Michael Cohen is. His sour grapes for not being part of Trumps 2016 presidency working in some capacity in the white house is palpable. But worse than that, he went to prison for lying under oath once already. Further, his payment to Stormy Daniels was Trump's personal checks made out to Michael Cohen. There are no ties to the leger or accounting, and Trump isn't down in the weeds in the ledger and book keeping anyway. The, the kicker, the defense attorney is going to show how Cohen double billed the payment, and his time to Trump, so Trump would pay Cohen close to 500K for paying off Stormy Daniels, which there are no crimes for doing this at all anyway. It's all a JOKE

The focus that it is “unprecedented” is meaningless. Donnie has made the unprecedented precedent. Also, the Federalist-McConnell Supreme Court has shown America that precedent doesn’t matter. I think the biggest implication of story's testimony is that he's still denying it which the felonies part of the crime. He hid the payments to hide the encounter and he's still trying to hide it.
