​@pamprier4710 Believe me, I used to work with the elderly and they could call her back later that same day and she'll send them the money again They panic cause they don't understand technology or believe how people can be completely dishonest scumbags. The elderly are from a different time in this world, back when people cared and helped each other. It's sad but their are so many who should have someone else connected to their finances to where they need both to get any money out, or someone in their family who can watch over them, so many shouldn't be living alone but unfortunately they do.

@@chowbaby63 Actually, it was another woman that saved the day. She noticed this woman putting a large amount of cash into the machine and called the police. I think she had questioned the woman as to what she was doing because it was a Bitcoin machine.

They had my mom at wells Fargo in Leander Texas last month and the guy told her I was in trouble and said to meet him outside. A good Samaritan stopped her. Thank God!!!

I concur. I am so glad for that woman that the police were there and stepped in for her. I was scammed the same way. These ill begotten individuals are very devious and seemingly know everything about their victim. Seems as though they prey on their victims for some time before hitting them. They knew everything about me, including why I couldn’t have certain things frozen. I haven’t gotten mine back yet but there are police reports and photo evidence. They’ll be able to trace them. Karma is a killer for all deviants of nature.

@@web-angel simple she took a call from a unknown stranger claiming to be her bank, and he said she should send him 40,000. Dollars and she was Foolishly doing so ! Easy Mark ! She should have called her Bank manager and talked with him, or went to her own bank branch and asked them what she somehow owed, but she just fell for the con Job ! Doesn't matter if it was a hundred dollars or a million dollars she was going to give it to him just because he said so !

How did they get my info!? I received a message today from Chase saying IF they prove it wasn't me, they'll keep the transaction reversed. These crooks know how to hide. Lord only knows what the scammer said to the lady when she said to the police that she has to deposit it because she's in danger..... my mom fell for these psychic scammers, stating that her life is at stake if she doesn't reply to these letters and send various checks. I nearly 🤢 when I instantly realized these were criminal psychos trying to mess with her head, and also her naivity. Our elders need to be taught/educated about scams. We'll never stop scams, but we can help empower & prepare the potential victims.

I had this happen to me yesterday !! As soon as I heard that exact same voice, I started laughing at him. He hung up😂

When you hear a "Representative" from a bank with a heavy Indian accent, usually it's a scam!

This happened to me. I was on the phone with the pretend police officer buying a gift card at Walmart when the lady at Walmart said "This is a scam!"

Evil in the last days will increase and be bold, no fear. Filled with arrogance. Caught red handed by the police and still trying to get the officer to give the phone back to the elderly woman with the cash! Sinister. He may very well send someone to harm the woman just because he didn't get his way. These types of criminals believe they are so much smarter than everyone else and no one will catch them. I hope they find that man and put him in jail!!!

I am glad to hear that . I got scammed by a lady who was acting to be in love with me. She told to sell my truck that I inherited from my Dad and send her the money and she would invest it and she would buy me a newer truck well I did that and never got my newer truck now I am pushing a grocery cart to the local supermarket that is 10x higher then Walmart or Aldi or Target . The only good thing was I dumped that lady .
