Watch Team Coaching Demo Live at Institute of Coaching (IOC) Conference

Watch Alexander Caillet, Amy Yeager and additional Corentus team members at the IOC (Institute of Coaching) Conference in Boston. We shared with the audience an overview of Corentus Team Coaching and had some fun by asking them to try out team coaching.
In brief, the Corentus Team Coaching Model is composed of two distinct steps -- Sensing and Making Moves -- surrounding a core of Being. This model provides a clear organizing framework to help team coaches observe teams in action and make effective real-time interventions, while maintaining the right state of mind to successfully accomplish both.
At the IOC Conference we asked the audience to test their Sensing muscles by watching a role play and sharing what 'Move' they would make if they were the team coach. Through fun and engaging interactions the audience came away with a decent basic understanding of team coaching.

Loved it, but it was quite annoying with the person constantly talking in the background during the roleplay.

Group coaching works with a collection of people with similar challenges/opportunities that the individuals solve themselves. Team coaching works on the collective challenges/opportunities of the team that they can only solve together, as a true team.
