Why on earth was he standing outdoors in the middle of a thunderstorm that ha lighting in it??? That is not safe to do, maybe stnading in the door way would be okay but not out in it, and for what just to give a few mins of weather update???

Why were people working in factories while tornadoes were expected , ?
