Awesome, couldn't agree more. Watches are meaningful, not just some electronic gadget. It doesn't have to be a Rolex, any quality mechanical watch is great. It's something you keep forever and not something that's a throwaway when a new version comes out. The memories associated with it make it irreplaceable.
This was a great video. He ended it perfectly by addressing the heirloom question. I bought my first ever Rolex (a 1987 datejust) and I can't bring myself to sell the damn thing. I love it and it's become sentimental. I really believe that one day I will have a son, and one day it will become his watch
BEST OF THE BEST watch story thus far i've seen.... this man has stories to tell! Where's my bourbon, I have a lot of listening to do here
Great storytelling. Probably your best video yet.
I could totally relate when he talked about the significance of that rolex in his dads life, just like him my dad always wanted to own a rolex all his life . He felt the same way about the brand, how the guy described here. Finally my dad gets a brand new Rolex gmt master pepsi last month and he is over the moon with his purchase. I have never seen him more happier. Its really funny how obects as small as watches can give you such immense pleasure.

Exact !! And then the guy screw this impression by getting a Domino Pizza Rolex to impress people on a commercial set 🙄
Incredibly underrated channel.
The MH engraving story was cool
Enjoyed the correlation of watches, shotguns, and cars. Couldn't agree more.
Another great video. Especially loved the datejust and the story behind it.
The Domino's watch! I love that he had a personal excuse to buy one. This guy has his priorities straight.
It’s interesting that the Domino’s logo on the Rolex Air-King is oriented in that way.
Great series 👍🏻
I just picked up this guys new book. pretty good so far.
Very nice collection and stories
Perfect explanation why men should wear watches.
I really hate that they purposefully don't always sync up the sound with the interview...it just throws me off. Otherwise, great channel with great videos
Some other non Rolexes there I would have loved to hear about.

Well, they did keep the Pooh watch in there...
OUTSTANDING PRODUCTION yet again You guys are the best :)
Great explanation of the significance of wearing and owning mechanical watches. I really feel sorry for guys who don’t get this and are content with (and enthused about!) the newest Apple Watch or watches like it - sterile, future rubbish. Loved the engraving story. Thirty seconds! Jaw-dropping!
At time marker 3;11... that wall chart behind him... are those watches? and if so where can I buy a copy of the chart?
Like this one ;)
Guy owns zodiac sea wolfs. Winning.
Honestly I'd like more reviews talking about vintage Rolexes
"Drunken dorm nights"! Bahahah sounds like a very interesting guy. What was the poster behind you about?
Rolex is the King of embedding that message 👑
Where was that Cartier tank?
he had all those watches but only talked about rolex :/

ImTaylorGang i agree. among the collection, 3 x omega speedy's and they didnt even get a mention. bizarre. i get the heirloom piece, thats fine, i respect that, but the rest of the datejusts and the like are a fairly boring collection. for the record, a guy doesnt have to own a watch. a watch doesnt define who you are, the guy wearing the watch defines who they are. put a rolex gmt on a douche bag and hes still a douche bag.
