I don’t think I’d really considered whether Kirby was a watch guy, but makes sense he would have some working knowledge as it’s a necessary accessory. And I believe he knows more about watches than he implied. His Chopard 38mm fit his wrist and personality well and he seemed quite familiar rattling off those complications. Edit: Nod to Kirby for the win.

As fan of both channels. I would have made a judgement if they wore it with their sharp outfits and the complementing watches that goes with the outfit gets an extra point. Two of the sharpest dressed men on KZread.

Kirby’s collection is stellar. Absolutely beautiful. Sorry Teddy, but I believe Kirby got this one. 🏆

About time. Kirby needs a variety of watches to go with those suits.

Kirby took the win for me... As long time fan of both channels, this seems like a VERY natural crossover. Would love to hear them talk fragrance or fashion as well...

Great to see a collaboration with these two great creators.

I think Kirby nailed his collection. That reverso is just a stunning watch hands down. I would have preferred the Breitling Datora salmon dial versus the pistachio dial, but gorgeous piece nonetheless. I can’t wait to check out the next video 🙌🏽🙌🏽

That Datora is over 15mm, whereas the Pistachio is only 13mm. Honestly thats the main issue with these Breitlings is they are quite thick. Grand Seiko has a similar issue

Teddy always comes across as a down to earth, humble yet very knowledgeable guy, unlike the pretentious vibe I get from elsewhere...

It takes guts to do what Kirby does and embrace traditional style in the age of t-shirts and stretch pants. Am I wearing a three-piece suit every day or even once a decade? Absolutely not, but I don't think calling him pretentious is fair. After watching many hours of his videos, he's unapologetic about his hobbies and interests, which happen to be expensive. The cool thing about Kirby (and Teddy) is that they give you accessible options so that while they remain aspirational - they're still attainable at the end of the day for people that go down this road. I appreciate both guys producing content, and I recommend Kirby's videos to anyone because they come from a genuine place with an appreciation of tradition, attention to detail, and craftsmanship. I greatly respect anyone who can take their passions and find a way to support themselves!

So glad you did this video with Kirby! Kirby is the man. I watched him regularly as I was expanding my shoe and suit collection. It looks like he has amazing taste in watches too. Gotta say, Kirby beat Teddy in this!

Yeah Kirby's made some stunning choices, so much variety while sticking largely with dress orientated pieces. Great vid guys, Kirby's got my vote

I really, really love it when Teddy teams up with a guest. Kirby did not only have a good taste in watches, but he was wearing a damn good suit too.

Great job collaborating with Kirby. The man is instrumental in giving me an appreciation for Allen Edmonds shoes.

That aqua terra is gorgeous. These are both great collections, but if you had to pick one of these for a “one watch collection” I think that just might be the best option on the planet.

I dream of making a watch collection with Teddy someday. He’s so down to earth, knowledgeable, and a genuine good person. My favorite KZread content creator by far.

I think Teddy's collection allows for a lot more versatility but Kirby's collection allows for some serious flare and fun

I’d go for Teddy’s collection, a great mix of different styles.

I love to watch Kirby combine his sense of fashion to select watches. I like to dress well myself so I am going to check out his channel next. If Teddy and Kirby wear the watches they selected then I would say both WIN!

I normally think Kirby's taste in things is a bit bland, but I own and love that watch, so I can't fault that choice.

1 for kirby here The way I see it, Kirby was thinking more about the colour of the dial, matching it with different coloured shirts and suits, while Teddy has more of a practical style. I actually liked Kirby's collection the most here.. And of course, only a few people can walk into a store and spend $44k on watches.

Both collections are good. The Omega Small seconds in the color combo is beautiful. And the GS in ice blue that Kirby got, stunning dial and color ❤

Funny, I just got the Seiko SBGW283 literally a week ago. I think it's great that Kirby picked the same watch, I was not expecting that.

Those are eight pieces that could individually each be a point of pride. They are all fantastic.

Got to go with Teddy. It suits my style. And style trumps price.

As some pointed out, unexpected yet awesome collab! Would love to see more of these two. For me, this match would have been the perfect opportunity to delve into vintage watches (perhaps at a vintage watch shop). Looking forward to the next one

I loved Kirby's picks, but as I'm judging the collection as a whole not just which 4 watches look nicest, Teddy's has more range and practicality. He can handle everything from suits to diving to travel to just a tshirt and jeans. Thats a complete collection. Good choices for Kirby, but that collection of watches never drops below a polo shirt, always has clean hands, and isn't likely to go swimming or do anything rough ever. Does seem to be how he genuinely rolls, but I like a collection that can do it all.

@@Tangylives Yeah, I think for most people G-Shock is probably overkill on toughness lol But I do think most people aren't quite so dandy as him and could use at least something that could handle getting a bit beat around without immediately invoking panic

Kirby obviously did his homework, some great choices. Teddy is always on top of the watch selections, more great choices. I can't pick a winner, I really like 2 from each contestant.
