Kevin O'Leary is the type of "connoisseur" who sees a Rolex on the wrist of some mumble rapper and starts to believe that it is the epitome of high horology. Seems like a nice enough chap but it's clear that he doesn't really know anything about the less trendy/flashy Maisons.

No idea why, but watching both of them discuss about watches is just so calming. So nice to see two people talk about something so passionately.

Love the elegant way Kevin explains how he feels and how he rationalizes his assessment of time peices. Teddy is as usual going to next level in his career. Great job

Props to the interviewer, the guest, but mostly to videographer who put this together. It looks like a professional video you would see on netflix or even TV. Awesome stuff Teddy, moving up in the world quite a bit for sure.

Teddy, dude, this is perfection. The candid conversation, the way you both play off one another, is something I could watch hours of. I'm not even a big watch guy but the content keeps me watching. I believe someone in the comments said that this is equal to Complex's Sneaker Shopping and I cannot agree more. Amazing content man. Well done.

We’re barely into 2020 and Teddy is already doing more than most watch channels will do in 5 years. Outstanding work.

I’m late to the game, but I haven’t seen anyone talk about the sheer volume of prep you’ve done Teddy to make these videos great. Knowing so many of the details of the watches to keep Kevin engaged was superb- well done!

I love how much love Grand Seiko gets in this video.

Both teddy and KOL have a killer taste that balance each other so well. We need part 2 now.

@ajloveswatches well we argued about the price and weight of the buckle. So not sure why you were mentioning 100 grams and 3500 usd for those 100 grams if you thought buckle was 10 grams. You would have said 10 grams and 350 usd in that case.

Watching this 2 years later. Brilliantly made video, watches were exquisite, fun and knowledgeable chemistry from the both of you. Really enjoyed this. Thanks.

Love hearing Kevin's respect for Grand Seiko. Please don't hype it too much though I want to be able to afford one someday!

Incredible video Teddy! I love how this video is from the perspective of the watch enthusiast, not the investor. This is how I approach my watches, not what is popular, trendy, or will retain the most value, but rather what watches speak to me when I pick them up and handle them. That watch that makes an impression on me, not how it impresses anyone else.

I love that scene in “The Thomas Crown Affair” (Pierce Brosnan Rene Russo) where Thomas Crown (Brosnan) is flipping his JLC Reverso at the dinner table as he waits for Russo to return...
