so nice to see you guys getting out into the bush and experiencing proper Australia outside of tourist activities. If you get a chance to drive down to port Macquarie (great for a weekend trip) they have an incredible Koala Hospital there and lots of wild koalas (the biggest population in NSW). Closer to Byron is the woody head/Iluka/Yamba area where you will see sooooo many kangaroos and wallabies chilling at the campground.

Do your kids go to school in Australia there?

Can you talk about how you are staying in Australia for a certain amount of time.. like did you need a visa etc? For us US citizens!

We’re here in a tourist visa! 3 months. So easy, just download the Australia ETA app and scan your passport and boom! It’s done!

My American friends were just here visiting me a few weeks ago. When they arrived at LA to board the flight to Sydney they were told they needed a visa (it’s a new thing) and they didn’t have one. But they jumped online and sorted it out in about 20 mins! So it must be fairly straightforward! Hope you can come visit our beautiful country soon 🇦🇺 ❤
