Although you’re low on energy, for me you are a power-woman. Your videos are very much appreciated. They give me insights I value. Please do not stop.

Im so sorry about the burnout, it must have been so hard going through therapy for trauma while burnt out. I just self diagnosed since a few months back and know i have been burnt out several times in my life. There is so much pressure to work and study etc, I'm glad you are taking it easy now so your brain gets time to process. Having gone through the french education system i totally relate to jerk teachers. I had a biology teacher tell my parents i should not go into biology because i would fail...ended up becoming a medical doctor 😂

I tutored my neighbor in math the same way. The only way I knew how to teach them was to do it very, very well. Customize each lesson plan. They didn’t even do their homework between sessions. My effort was totally lost on them and NOT reflected in how much I was paid…

I’m autistic, and have bipolar disorder…or so I’m told. I’m researching to see if I think I really have bipolar disorder or not. This autistic burnout sounds more like I feel, after a hypomanic episode than depression. They said I’m primarily manic type bipolar, but who knows? I have noticed, with certain physical disorders or syndromes, sometimes science figures out it’s actually something else, or something else, sometimes they figure out it’s a co-occurring disorder, or sometimes there are two different diagnoses for the same thing. I wish they had diagnostics like cars do, where you just hook yourself up to some wires and they can pinpoint, precisely, what’s going on.
