A/C is crucial, I had a 5 year lease at a place without A/C and it was brutal in the summer. Now we have it and it's amazing. Granted the cost of using A/C in a 5,000 sqft place means a $2,200 bill during the summer months, it's rough but worth it.

Out of curiosity, how do you package your lots? Where do you get your 500 ct boxes? I have a lot of bulk but I worry about trying to move it because of shipping expenses.

Are you worried your showing the distributor name and their prices at 15 min? Usually they frown on that info being disclosed. Anyone familiar with MH3 products could figure out what the item is given there is only a handful of MH3 products

There is a book called Radical Candor which talks about how to have hard conversations with people. Not judging how you handled the pokemon collector, but it seems like what you did was called ruinous empathy. By not telling them based on the current market these are rocks, they go on thinking they have a lotto ticket when they dont. I think asking them how much a card is worth like a shadowless charizard and then showing your mint copy online best offer 500 would have shown them the reality. The radical candor part is doing this where you care personally about the person, if you dont care about them they will hear the truth but they will think you are a jerk. That all said, those types of convos are incredibly difficult and I don’t know the situation and what you did may have been the right call! Wanted to throw out the resource though in case it could help you! Thanks for all you do and love the vids

I’m glad the WOTC CEO walked / was pushed recently… imagine being the head of a company who’s primary customers are so scared about your product quality that they have to go through this process to order from you😳

Movement = waste. Get a pick trolley and make your work flow path with as little movement as possible. A good warehouse layout will save alot of $$$, time and frustration. Enjoy MH3 :)

I remember when you made a video called "what have we learned", and you were close to the key to success, and no I will not be explaining it here for free, but you were close to the concept. However I see you have learned nothing These people congratulating you are going to turn their backs when prerelease tcgplayer will slam the market like they did during MKM. And banana stand will have no sympathy for you. Then amazon dumps 1 month after release at 14% below your cost. You will sell more boxes than commander masters, but unfortunately it wont be what you need to move your inventory. Gift boxes will be the best seller, then collector boxes. I hope the bull market continues for your sake. I never wish tragedy upon anyone, I just say the facts, and everything I said above has happened historically, and can 100% happen again, and you need to get prepared.

@@rng-gamez well looks like rudy just came out with a video that disagrees with my perspective, but only time will tell. Hopefully he and you are correct. He agrees the collector boosters will lead the charge, but we disagree about the the bundle, prerelease kit , playbox and commander decks

That’s funny that everyone thinks Pokémon = winning lottery ticket. I had a guy bring me four binders of Pokémon but all the cards were upside down so only the back was showing. I told him I wasn’t going to flip over 1500 cards. He said I don’t have to. They are $1 apiece, it doesn’t matter what they are. Every Pokémon card is worth money. I must not know anything about Pokémon. Needless to say I passed.
