@@kjeaquatics yah a couple beta and cardina shrimp breeders they count on me to deliver so I do my best. Personally I think costumer service in America is going down hill. Many get jobs not for the fulfillment of accomplishing anything but just for the money🥺

@@paulm0573 you must keep heatpacks from contacting the fish bags directly. If not , more than likely you will end up with dead fish.

The heat pack needs o2 to work, if the heat pack is pushed up against something that will not let it breathe, it stops working. The brown bag will usually make it so there is some space and the heat pack can breathe.
