I have 5 granddaughters and trying to sew outfits for their many dolls. My youngest especially loves her babies lol. Its just been decades since I sewed so its slow going.

Thanks! I refurbish dolls for a charity and needed this.

My girls have saved most of the doll clothes I made !!! Barbie and Cabbage Patch clothes! My hands will not let me make them anymore!!!

I’m going to try these. Based on the 1/4 inch elastic, 3 inches long, I’m thinking the fabric is 6 inches long (on the fold), 1 1/2 inches down each side, and 2 inches in the center. I will try and let you know!

Can you tell us the dimensions of the piece you start with? Length & width?

How long is the bootie top from end to end to, and how wide is it from top center to bottom center? I am wanting to try these out.

It's different for every baby doll. The feet on this doll are super tiny!✨

I made it for my newborn. I took a 9 inch long piece of fabric and 8 inch wide (fold it in half so the width is 4 inch) 9× (double fold) 4 gives 3.5 inch booties, that fit perfectly on my newborn. I also found a way to make them seamless. They turned out to be the most adorable little things.
