The tv’s are.put onto a multi functional bracket, so it comes out on an arm and tilts up/down/left/right. Everything within the tv recess is then accessible

Yes and we build a raised shelf within the tv recess allowing consoles/sky boxes to sit on, then always use a tv bracket that comes out on an arm. It may show this on other videos 👍🏻

Was doing these “media” walls 15 years ago up west and the thing I told people at the time was what happens if your tv or fire breaks? Even if you miraculously find a tv the same I guarantee the new bracket will go over your socket lol.

Doesn’t code state an existing wall outlet can’t be covered over with a permanent structure. I would think that bottom outlet would have had to be relocated?

Hey nice build I’m in the process of doing mine. Quick question, did you secure to studs at the very top to the ceiling? Or did you only secure the build to the studs in the existing wall? Thanks a lot

Hiya, great and hope you manage to get it all done smoothly with no issue. So I never screw into the ceiling as far too many hidden wires/cables. Always drill into the floor to secure a fixing from the stud as far less likely to have a problem. Thank you

So the depth of this is 300mm but the width really varies depending on the tv size. A carpenter should know this and would build off the tv dimensions.
