I’m just now catching up to this place we call the world. When Biden said “there’s a group that’s trying to rewrite history” I asked my friend what group Biden was referring to. He said the people who are actually rewriting history teach something called critical race theory and it’s being taught in public schools everywhere. I was like “oh, is the group he’s referring to, like, republicans or something”? He said “no idiot, they’re democrats”. I was like “so Joe is talking about HIS group? So what’s his point in bringing it up?” He said nobody knows what Joe says anymore. Words just come out. Sometimes. And other noises. Somewhere in the joke I think he was serious.
