Cape Town based scientific doctor Tapiwa Guzha started Tapi Tapi ice-cream with the intention of celebrating and recognising flavours indigenous to the African continent as a way of rehabilitating esteem issues around local foods. Imphepho, baobab, edible clay and millet are some of the flavours you can find on Guzha's proudly African menu.
