Adam C hi just one question Why do the eggs stay on them
It's amazing its almost like they form off the egg rather than hatch from it. When they were bouncing around on the egg sack it reminded me of a South Park episode lol. I loved how they absorbed it over time and really started showing the personality at the end :)

+FearIsFunYT hi fearls, I'll be honest I have zero experience with gold fish. however there are quite a few cichlids that can be easy to breed like yellow labs for example. the saying with cichlids by some people is "to breed cichlids just add water"

Adam C awesome! Its a good way to do it.... my fry mostly get eaten but i get a few survive every so often. Its probably better that way as my 1 and only tank would become overstocked quite quickly. What is the species your thinking of?? Do you find the hatch rate is pretty much 100% using this method? I have a couple of my own cichlid vids on my channel if your interested to see. Cheers mate and keep up the awesome vids

@adamc7918

you don't have to take the eggs. I took the eggs becaise it was a first time mother and they usually lose the first few batches due to inexperience. but most people who try to breed fish strip them becaise then the female can get more eggs sooner
