bought a tag heuer carrera watch from h&t and the bezel was glued on and the crown was ringing and then the date wheel stopped moving within a week

Why are most of their watches watch only even on newer Rolex models it don’t make sense to me?

I sold mine a couple of months ago for around £2,200 with box and papers. So I would say around £2,000, but they rarely come up. There is one on eBay at the moment for £2,750, which has been up since I sold mine, so you might be able to get a good deal on that one 👍 There is also a mint model on Facebook Marketplace I believe, for £2,500. I mean FM is a bit sketchy to me, but if you’re comfortable with it, it’s a good price with box and papers. But you may be best to enable list notifications for a Monza on eBay, and see if one comes up in the coming months.

Muh friend, welcome back. I adore Grand Seiko, but one thing I dislike is the use of titanium. The dials are stunning though, some of the best in the business.

99% of there watches have no box or papers what does that tell you. Im not happy buying a watch that has a big chance of being stolen you clearly are

Yes a majority of the watches are most likely stolen. But you risk buying a stolen watch on any used platform. You could always get a history check through the watch register, though.

I was incorrect with what I said, a majority is wrong. The pawnbrokers check identify before a watch is accepted. It’s always a risk buying a stolen watch from any used marketplace.

@@WatchCharter the pawnbroker check identity means nothing pawn brokers sre lowlife they rip people off thst fall on hard times and fuel theft pure and simple and you should not be promoting them in my opinion
