I love to watch his time honored skills. I wish we spoke the same language and I could just have coffee or tea and listen to his stories and perspective. How he learned his masterful trade and the little tricks that were paramount in making his best piece. Great job making these videos! It is an honor to watch and I have subscribed! Keep it up before these treasures are gone from our world.
For anyone else wondering why the milling stones have patters - AKA: harps : they are use to create a sharper edge for breaking down the grains, and also channeling the flour out of the mill
