Lol! No it’s a WM life critical rule. He is required to have it on even if he only rolls it 3 feet forward.

No. The drivers only pick up the dumpsters.

I work for capital waste services and do this job every day this guy needs to learn how to empty the dumpster completely that's very important.

That’s a lot of jumping in and out of the truck. That’s to get a raw a__
