Super Cooled Water
I found a bottle of water in my minivan that wasn't frozen. It was unopened. My other water bottles were frozen solid. They had been opened.
I knew something was up. This has happened before so I got my camera ready.
I assumed I had a super cooled bottle of water. That means the temperature of the water would be below freezing but since it cooled slowly and was completely undisturbed it didn't freeze.
All that would be needed to freeze the bottle solid would be for me to disturb the bottle. Give 'er a shake, a poke, a jolt, a knock, a hit. You get the picture. So that's what I did. And I got it on video for you to enjoy.

The water in the bottle will only freeze if the temperature of the water inside the bottle is below freezing.
