Wasteland 3 OST - Radio - Joshua James - Welcome Back Kotter
Музыка
The best quality version of the cover of John Sebastian's "Welcome Back Kotter".
Ripped from the game's files.

I just found out the choir music in Broadmoor Heights Church sings this as well when you are inside, its hilarious.
This version is wonderful. Two things: - The singer sounds like Steven Wright and I'll always imagine it as such - I also imagine the chorus singers in the back are Muppets It's a great cover

My mom couldn't give two shits about Wasteland 3, but she remembers Welcome Back Litter and she says this version slaps way harder than the original

Lyrics: Welcome back, your dreams were your ticket out Welcome back, to that same old place that you laughed about Well the names have all changed since you hung around But those dreams have remained and they've turned around Who'd have thought they'd lead ya (Who'd have thought they'd lead ya) Back here where we need ya (Back here where we need ya) Yeah we tease him a lot 'cause we got him on the spot Welcome back, welcome back, welcome back, welcome back Welcome back, welcome back, welcome back We always could spot a friend, welcome back And I smile when I think how you must have been And I know what a scene you were learning in Was there something that made you come back again And what could ever lead ya (What could ever lead ya) Back here where we need ya (Back here where we need ya) Yeah we tease him a lot 'cause we got him on the spot Welcome back, welcome back, welcome back, welcome back Welcome back, welcome back And I know what a scene you were learning in Was there something that made you come back again And what could ever lead ya (What could ever lead ya) Back here where we need ya (Back here where we need ya) Yeah we tease him a lot 'cause we got him on the spot Welcome back, welcome back, welcome back, welcome back Welcome back, welcome back Yeah we tease him a lot, welcome back, welcome back Cause we got him on the spot, welcome back, welcome back Yeah we tease him a lot 'cause we got him on the spot Welcome back, welcome back, welcome back, welcome back Welcome back, welcome back, welcome back Welcome back, welcome back, welcome back

What a relatable feel good song. Now I gotta listen until I’m sick of it.
This is seriously 1000x better than the original song.

most of the good songs aren't on the so called complete soundtrack which is like 1/10th of the music
This song makes me feel good about failing
A pleasure to drive the kodiak listening to this song
Honestly, this is the only game released in the last 3-4 years that i actually enjoyed.

Honestly I had to get out of gaming because I just couldn't seem to find any happiness in it anymore the whole scenes been ruined by over priced unfinished games all focused around being a "LiVe sERvIcE" and grabbing money off of fools that will put up with that bs and not about what made I and many others I assume love gaming which is a good story or fun mechanic or two. Honestly it's kinda sad that those days are gone....... Also amazing screen name my dude wish I would have thought of it 😆

jeesh you havent been playing alot of good games then (clearly)... I love the music in the game but honestly the story is something people that are into post apocalyptic games ahve seen 100000 times before. Not too memorable characters... and the whole setting of people gone totally psycho killer in a global scale is hard to take seriously. (new fallout games lean on to this too much as well, when every other building in the watelands is filled with crazy killer raiders that enjoy cutting people in to pieces.. sigh xD)

@@FIRSTNAMELASTNAME-zt4kf if you ont like live service games then I really suggest strongly to start looking into Indie games... there are awesome games being made all the time (well a lot of time they are "early access" games but what can you do..)
Nothing quite as cozy as old sitcom intro songs
Honestly this needs to be shared with more people!
Welcome back... my friend's... we missed you all.
Great game great soundtrack
Thanks for uploading this, it’s one of my favorites songs in the game and it’s unfortunately not on Spotify.

If I was making a 3D trailer for Wasteland 3 this song would be song in the trailer.
This song slaps
The one song where i keep morningstar in neutral
Are we sure this is Joshua James? The voice sounds way off compared to the rest of his discography and even other songs on the soundtrack (listen to his version of battle hymn on the soundtrack and tell me thats the same person as this)

dude, the point of saying spoilers is you put a bunch of blank space in between so people have to click read more to be spoiled, I knew there was gonna be an HQ fight because of all the guns at HQ but some other guy reading this might not be expecting that.

It plays on the radio when fighting a large group of Drools in Denver, after visiting the machine commune.
Game was fun and had a great soundtrack. Every time it pops on KZread, I get nostalgic and consider reinstalling, but the game is looong, and I know I'd get "bored" before leaving Colorado Springs :/
