Why do take the window width before the height is it not HxW

WAEC don't follow any rules. At time if you follow hxw for some toilet windows in WAEC questions it mean that when you are bathing in the bathroom people can see you. So what I do is know that standard height of door is 2100mm, apartment window is 1200mm. That's what I work with

If your question shows each wall with double line, then it is in to in also called wall to wall meaning that you will to be adding the wall size to every dimension but if your drawing shows walls with single lines, then it is center to center meaning that after drawing all the center lines you will need to add half the size of the walls to both sides of the center lines
