You can't compare old bowlers with burmah. In past, pacers has advantage as overall conditions were easy for bowlers then now. However, batsman were also sensible and hard to get them out and there was no T20 cricket nor DRS system back then. On other hand, nowadays bowlers has disadvantage as conditions are much easier for batsman compared to old days. However, batsman play carefree cricket these days as their aim to get more runs and they get out easily compared to past era batsman like coach rahul dravid, inzi sb, sachin sir specially in T20 format. I am Pakistani but if you compare bumrah to recent bowlers he is way ahead all of them. He is legend and we must give credit to him.
my favorite, waqar younis, i mean he was very precise. i mean look at his bolds. and 13 times 5 wickets. but bumrah is my new sensation. apart from wicket taking, i even enjoy his cricket spirit.
Don't forget india batting and Pakistan batting

Yes off course and there is DRS now which favours the bowlers more than batters. so every era of this beautiful game has heroes and Legends
Wasim akram all time favorite
Wasim Akram was the best bowler on his era and bumrah is the best bowler in today's era we can't compare both of them it's very very difficult
