Waseem Akram would have been a opening batsman for Pakistan . He was a big hitter .

It's my personal opinion Imran Nazir is more talented batsman then Shahid Afridi at that time

Imran Nazir is only talented batsman but Afridi is not only talented he is malti talented he is star performer of the big game 2009 world cup not only star performer he was man of the tournament he holdes the record 18 years fastest century he describes power hiting he hites 158 meter six and he is still Pakistani great allrounder what is imran Nazir,s achivement what was his contribution

Imran Nazir was the one & only ..... He was the father of all hitters..... Believe me I saw his shorts , I have seen Jayasuriya playing in the ground , Sehwag, Adam gilchrist, but boy Imran Nazir has got Another Level of power hitting & timings..... Literally his shorts go to the boundary like a bullet.... 🔫... If he had given fair chances to play for Pakistan continuously he would have break all the records...... His career was badly Politisized and spoiled by internal politics of Pakistan cricket ...... ✍️✍️✍️

He got sick. That was his main reason to stay away from cricket. Trust me he got more chances than any other cricketer in Pakistan ( Punjabi) cricket. No non-Punjabi cricketer gets a second chance, even likes of Javed had to play under new comers like wasim. Look at sarfaraz! Babe keeps on getting second chances… Imran nazir is a Punjabi and he got maximum chances.

What is the point trying spinner when you have batsmen like Imran nazir or sehwag macculum in front. They are hard hitters and can become aggressive againsts slow balls cause there body is not tired. Poor strategy
