Join us for a slightly different adventure. One where we head all the way over to Eastern Washington in search of asparagus tamales at Los Hernandez.
LH is a small Mexican restaurant in Union Gap serving authentic, hand made tamales so good they have a James Beard Award for it. They sell as fast as they can make them and are strongly recommended by both Paul and I.
Taking the scenic route there we find a perfect spot to shoot a bit of drone footage so be sure to watch for it. After chowing down we make a stop to see the Teapot Gas Station in Zillah. An adorably quirky historic site not to be missed when in the area.
