Jeff sounds so much like my dad that I almost cried when I first heard this. I am now 70 years old and this brought back memories of Dad with his fiddle amd me with my D28. Absolutely great music!!

Wow this is why we like bluegrass music. Just stand around in a circle and flat get it! I love that banjo man -- obvious Don Reno influence, great tone and touch!

Jeff aint only a fiddle player. Guitarist, Soloist, Bassist ect ect..I enjoyed working with Jeff few years back. Great Person!!

He’s a huge player too. Plays the best guitar and amazing singing around on Long Gone Lonesome Blues and best mandolin I’ve ever heard on tunes like Bluegrass Stomp and Fiddle on cotton eyed joe and vocals too and best banjo in im going down the roads feeing bad

He played for a few years with Charlie Lovin Then played for a few years with Big Country Bluegrass. And has had a few bands...Hes a master at any insturtment and piano ,,,,,,,,,,,,,

@@RonsVideoKeepers mr Jeffery michaelstein was actually fired from Louvin for drinking on the job and also fired from Bill Monroe for his musicianship after one show. He plays amazing banjo and sings amazing too just listen to lonesome road blues or long gone lonesome blues by his new band the new high country boys

The tone this ol boy gets out of his banjo that looks like has no tone ring, proves that tone rings are WAY OVERRATED as to how much they contribute to the tone of a banjo. The RIM is what gives about 70% of the total tone
