Where do you currently rank the Washington Commanders in the NFC East Division?

The Cowboys analyst had it right. Philly, Dal, and then WAS. At the same time, there are legitimate questions about the teams ahead of us. I think McCarthy is a lame duck and that Jerry has hired his replacement in Zimmer (Rooney Rule be daymed). Philly's roster is still a strength but Siriani is a question and Kellen Moore wasn't all that great an OC in San Diego. Too much still has to go right for us this year to be second in the division and too much has to go wrong with other teams for us to win it. 2025, tho? Different story. ;)

1) Eagles 2) Cowboys 3) Washington 5) Giants The Eagles got better, the Cowboys got worse, Washington got better (almost impossible not to do so), the Giants got worse (almost impossible but they somehow managed).

I would love to say they will win the division but it all hinges on if they can beat the Giants. I know the Cowboys and Eagles will be tough (I think the team can split those games). If they can sweep the Giants, then the team has a chance to at least compete for the divisional title. Not saying they will run the table outside the division but if they can get to 10-8, then the possibility of winning the division is there.

I truly want to believe we have a shot at the division. So many things have to go right but with questions in PHI and DAL, it leaves us having a shot. We are going to be better on defense. We have some ability up the middle of our Defense. Adding Chin, having Martin in year 2, then of course our DTs. We have a LB crew way better. We have questions at CB but we will be better than last year. So what we need is our pass rush to have an impact. They will use the LBs there, so I believe we are ok. In total I believe we can be much better. That brings up the offense and I see Jayden bringing much better play from the QB position. His running ability will drive defenders nuts. He should have a much better pocket presence than Howell. When you add in a better run game, the offense has to be much better than last year. Where does that leave us? I believe with the ability to compete in the Division. Things may need to fall apart for Dal and Phi but I believe we are better than NY. I'm hoping this is the year we improve significantly from the year prior.

Let's not forget the Dallas defense is Dan's scheme of football so the new defense is not using Dan's schemes so we are not going to see the defense of last year but Zimmermann's scheme. People are not seeing the fire 🔥 that is in the Redskins camp. Player are being motivated to play to their highest potential. We will be the defense that Dallas had but better as Joe Witt explains. I see the skins coming out the gate being the NFL surprised team. The offense is on schedule to have a good mix of runs, passes and QB runs. Yes, we have the right stuff.

Dead last. Unless DQ and company can reverse this teams fortunes, there's no reason to assume they won't be dead last. There have been many seasons over the last few decades where I would have bet the farm that we would at least finish ahead of NY and NY ends up trouncing us in both games. I'll be absolutely shocked/pleasantly surprised if we are not dead last yet again.

I got more faith in Dak than Hurts is crazy...Hurts galvanize the locker room & team & Dak getting called out by multiple teamates... Just say anything will ya!
