Jacob, do you know anyone in your community that washes and polishes wood floors and pews? Washing the walls and windows would be a generous deed also. Then laying down that beautifully cleaned runner rug, would make the whole church shine. Wish I was there to help. I love working with restoring wood.

I would be sad, too, if everything was done by machine. That machine is probably just for loooooong runner carpets that would be nearly impossible to wash by hand. I do love watching Jakub's normal carpet cleaning procedure, but it was also interesting to see this neat machine and its process of cleaning as well. I am happy that he is successful in business enough to purchase this machine that can expand the types of carpets he can clean. Now he can wash both fancy rugs made of natural fibers and long runner carpets made of synthetic materials that are simple and utilitarian. It makes my heart happy to see how Jakub puts love and care into every project. Love from Kansas, USA.

@@uncommonwoman100 no it was definitely German, it was a long listing with lots of churches on it. I can tell it was German and not Polish, I taught a lot of children from Poland

@@lilacscentedfushias1852 Not very old - 1933. It was built for the Irvingian Church (Catholic Apostolic Church), founded by the Scotsman Irving in the 19th century. There were several dozen followers of the Irvingian Church in Osno before 2WW. Years later, the building stood empty and now there is a church for the Catholic community.

what got my attention: 0:51 something we don't see much, Jakub without the cap. 1:07 that is a long one to go from the door all the way up to the front. 2:37 nice knife. 4:14 dirt dancing on the carpet as it is being beaten. 5:01 why the emergency stop? isn't there a normal way to turn it off? 5:28 glub, glub, glub. 6:26 I had to rewatch this a couple of times to make sure that the whole width of the carpet was being brushed, it is. 7:20 this one isn't though. 8:45 an almost musical sound going on here. 9:14 nice shot of the inner workings of the machine. 11:01 "hey, we're moving, but we don't seem to be going anywhere." 12:50 looks like there is space for more brushes to do wider rugs. Does it come with more brushes and you just put in or take out what you need? How easy is it to do that? 14:34 adjustments were made cuz now this side is covering the full width of the carpet. 15:30 a carpet point of view as it is carried to the centrifuge.

I wonder if the Polish ERA cleaners are related to the USA ERA laundry detergents?
