I'm unable to remove the pulsator after removing screw. Please give me some insight.

If you are unable to remove it then the possibility is that your old pulsator still has threads that are holding it tight... Just shake it slowly from different angles or use a strong knife which can pass through sides... Make sure not to damage the machine's body.

You had the washer problem but was it a pulsator or something else. It's shown in the video how to diagnose whether it's a pulsator issue. Previously I had some issues where I replaced the timer.
Guarantee available if the machine is two years old ?

As far as I know Guarantee doesn't cover these parts but you can still call the customer care and find out the same. Please note the service centre technicians generally have fixed visit charges.

There is an Amazon link provided in the description box but it would be cheaper if you know a local store where they sell washing machine spares. Think I paid around 400 for it.
