Thanks! This sounds great! Much more sustainable than hot water scouring!

Thank goodness I found this. I kept watching lots of podcasts just torturing fleece. I have a very greasy Lincoln fleece that I am going to cold soak a few times, then scour gently if needed. I had an old merino fleece and I wish I had just cold washed it.... not scoured such a lovely fine wool. Thank you for taking the time to make this video

I love!!!! Your videos thank you so much for making them. I tried the cold water on my wool, thanks so much, what great results. I do have a question. What do you do when you want to dye, the wool. If you heat the water the lanolin comes out. Any ideas?

Your dyed wool will indeed remove more lanolin but it will still not be overprocessed.
