I have a question, for the pm where you say rooms, instead, can you say “Rooms! Have a great session.” Also do you have to click the green button? Or does it go automatically for the doors to open. I just got promoted to supervisor and I’m looking for tips for Co-host, thanks!

What happens if you attend and go through the training but don’t get ranked up by your trainer?

The only reasons you wouldn’t be ranked up is if you didn’t pass and they kicked you or if you disconnected. I would suggest going to another training if one of these things happened!
Do we really have to memories what to say at first?
if im a trainer can i play on PC or on mobile to copy paste words because my phone is trash like ic ant play rblx if u need to play in mobile ill be assistant i just have to wait to be Sl lol

Hello, I’m a fellow Service Manager I’ve been on vacation and can only host on Mobile for now! Without exiting out of Roblox to copy the guides like I currently do. How do you just type h(line) is it a app?

Hi there! For apple devices I used the text replacement ability in keyboard settings and basically type something like h(with a number) as my shortcut and copy and paste the guides for each line! H stands for hosting and the number is to keep it not mixed up. For other devices you can use a copy and paste app!

Washiez has changed a lot, they removed roles and added them. Service manager was a role that got deleted.

Well you have to be a MR which is Shift Leader and higher and you wait to get picked!
