Every musician almost shed a tear and felt goosebumps watching this. Instances like this are what gets musicians off of their asses and in the rehearsal rooms to give what they got and reach for that golden ring to making it. This was Chris's moment when he felt like he was truly a success. I guarantee you he called up his band after the show and told the boys, "Let's go! We need to get a new album out and hit the road!" @@ActionJacksonForever I did, actually. He was better as 'the Lionheart' in both those promotions. I feel he struggled to change to the more restrictive WWF/E style. Why try to shame people as 'casual fans' about something that happened a while ago? Not everyone was born the same year as you, but I guess 'casual' is everyone with a different life experience?

Jericho has reached legendary status with this entrance. Amazing.
Dude this has to be one of the greatest things i'd EVER seen during a wrestling show. Can you imagine this at a Wrestlemania sized crowd? The arena would implode.
More proof this guy is a living legend.

In all seriousness, one of the coolest damn things ever on a wrestling show. AEW has built such goodwill and trust with their audience that this worked perfectly. I can't think of any company that would or could do this.

I'm not a wrestling fan, just went looking for lyrics to Judas In My Mind as it popped up in my workout list yesterday, and stumbled on this. I know this is ultimately a ploy by the AEW promoters, but dang, the crowd willingly joined in, in a big way, and you can see the pride all over Jericho's whole being, and what looks to be genuine gratitude at the end of it. Well played Jericho, and well played fans (also, good job promoters).

Right they chose him to be the first ever AEW World Champion to hold for 182 days before he lost it to Moxley. That shows a lot of trust in Tony Khan to make sure he established that title as a legit World Championship belt. Think about it there has been only 3 AEW world Champions in the span of the promotion. Im glad the title doesn’t change too often.
This has to be a Top 5 moment in Chris Jericho’s career. That was awesome.
What is truly amazing is that this was all so organic. They didn't need to flash the lyrics on the top screen or the tron to force the fans to sing. Chris and AEW trusted their loyal fanbase to just do it. Truly Jericho's best entrance in his career.
