I am just telling my opinion! I know I'll get so many critics after that!!! If the paper was issued at 2 .... The video was made around 4 or 4:30 , then once a student is entered in the hall , he is not allowed to come out of the centre before time....this pdf might have been sent to Atul Agarwal sir after paper distribution, so this won't affect students who appeared in the exam...there might be an observer who have sent this paper to him, as no teaching faculty is allowed to act as observer, ..in the end that observer would held guilty!!!!

Yes true, and even once I was attending Parveen Sharma sir live class, when I was in inter, he also shared QP around 4 in live class, this is a very common, they get paper from invigilator.

I read on some Twitter article VMthe check the pdf was actually generated around 10:54 morning so it's quite possible that the paper was leaked far before the exam & was shared later in the group.

So its NOT PAPER LEAK. Its common sense k kuch centres p mgt is not upto the mark.. Nd i guess during exm hr centre m ek icai ki traf s koi na koi to hota hoga .. The paper was posted at 4:26. Means it would have been shared before 4:26. The paper was analysed. Takes 10-20 mins apx. Means it was shared at apx 4 pm. Imagine someone shares the pic of the paper at 4 to someone and gets the answers from the person on the other side and attempts all 30 nd gets 30. And others may score less than that. Isn't this concerning?!

First of all if paper is called as leaked if it is circulated before 2pm. Here the paper copy was found to be released on net at around 4.30pm. It is quite possible w.r.t. to the following reasons: - The Student might have left the exam hall early - The invigilator might have not taken the MCQ booklet (ICAI interal control issue) - The invigilator might have received the paper from any student early so he in that case would have been in a position to share the paper online before 5pm (ICAI Internal control issue) First of all the intend of paper leaking is to provide the Question paper before exam which had not happened in this case. Secondly this pdf was spread online and if any teacher happens to receive it and wants to share his / her feedback on the same then Idk how is this linked to Leaking of paper. Think like a CA and act like a CA

1. Student is not allowed to leave the exam hall with paper before 4:45. If he wants wants to leave before that, he must submit the paper. 2. The internal control issue that you are stating is there, I am questioning them also, but why did he share the same with this teacher only? Others got the paper from him. There are always 2 parties in an act. 3. Feedback can be shared post 5pm , everyone does that. Why so much hurry? Views? Idk. My job was to ask questions. 4. The pdf was spread online by him only, everyone got the paper from his channel. It wasn't accidental that he got 5. Why did he disable the comments section of his discussion group after all this?? Think like a CA student, act like a CA student;)

What are you even saying man? How could you justify such an unethical act? The MCQs Booklet is a property of ICAI and it is clearly stated that it should not be brought out of the exam hall. If any student did it then instead of telling him it was wrong, these idiots not only leaked even before the exam was concluded but they gave a review on KZread. What the hell is this? ICAI and respected Faculties and BOS must award 60 marks, to all present, absent and not appeared students for May 24, . And make arrangements to stop these AIR and other CA to interfere in exam framework..if found guilty take appropriate action on CA.
