Maybe like how Sanic was shown in the Sonic movie, someone says that Spider Man is real accompanied by the original Spooder Man image. Another way could be someone saying that there are multiple Spider Men, and that Miles is one of them, showing a recolor of the image.

It may be fake, but let's be honest, Sony totally could put Spoderman in the movie if they really wanted to. Here's hopping for it someday.

I'm going to keep hoping so that we as people get Spooderman in it. Even if Sony makes a last minute skit for the end like they had for the original spiderman TV show cameo. I'm not going to lie, the trailer for the second movie disappointed me. The trailer was basically like the new star wars saga, a rehash with new lines. The only new thing they seemed to bring was 2099 and showed about as much as I'd seen in the first movie. So my hopes were quite low until I seen the Spooderman post lol

A think a good way to reference Spoderman is to make him a double reference. By combining the concept of an official Marvel AU character, Spiders-man. A giant collection of mutated spiders that all think they are the real Spiderman, and make them look like their all in a sagging, knockoff, Spoderman-esque Spiderman costume. Kinda like Fake Peppino from Pizza Tower.
Now with Sega they had a sanic cameo (with the drawing and I believe a shirt) in the sonic movie
