The solution is in the BIOS, it may be that they have the speed of their vram or RAM memory configured incorrectly, or perhaps the frequency of their processor, since my case was that I had limited the vram of my graphics card to 2000mhz, only I set it to frequency in automatic mode and it solved my problem.

Dude i just bought a gaming laptop with GTX 1650 yesterday and ryzen 5 5600H, i downloaded te game and played it for an hour and it was working perfectly fine on battlenet then some hours later I started the game but it said some error and again l launched it, it said DirectX error and I've been launching it it says DirectX error. I will try to use ur ideas and tell if it works out.

I finally found a fix, if you are playing with igpu let it use atleast 4gb of vram. If your gpu has vram less than 4gb directx error will popup. You can change vram in bios.

Glad it worked

The only way to play this game is to change the GPU .......changing gpu for a game no TNX .The majority of GPU are NVIDIA so game DEV don't care about others gpu brands .

Exactly plus dude i have all the necessary requirements for the game, dude i legit just bought a gaming laptop with GTX 1650 and ryzen 5 with 8gb Ram and dude this trash game sending me errors. @@Pumpkin_Knight1309 i fixed the directx error but then guess what? some other STUPID ERROR COMES U P, its not even an error its basically an excuse to not play the game "application unexpectedly stopped working" WAHT DOES THAT MEAN??!?! WHY??? no matter how many errors i fix SOMETHING ALWAYS MAKES MYT GAME CRASH
