Something with untapped potential in Ben 10 is Glitch Tennyson, his personality was fun with him sharing some personality traits with Ben but not feeling like a copy of Ben thanks to him having some personality traits Ben doesn't, like his smarts and politeness, while he can still be bratty and childish sometimes. He feels like his own person, ps is that stuff implies to both os and reboot Ben, he isn't a copy of either of them personality whise. He isn't the opposite of Ben but he isn't the same as Ben, he's just Glitch. Glitch still feels like a child despite being polite, smart, and you know half alien. Plus he has some sweet interactions with other characters and some character development and growth in even his cameos, mostly due to how little he is used. Glitch would probably have different favorite foods and transformations than Ben. His first design is oddly cute despite it mixing elements of Ben and Upgrade's designs, his armor is awesome, and his rustbuggy form and transformations look neat. Which brings me to my final point, his abilities to fuse tech and alien DNA from the omnitrix was cool and it sucks that the writers limited it to only being used on the rustbuggy form, they could have hade Glitch upgrade stuff like vilgax's drones and use stinkfly's DNA just to anger the squidfaced jerk, they also used aliens that suck when used with that form anyways instead of using transformations that would have benefited it. Also Glitch is among the reboot characters that got some character development and growth in his appearances but he definitely should have been handled better. Plus he can use the alien abilities so Diamondhead would have worked great with the rustbuggy form. Plus he is pretty much Ben's brother. His powers allow for so much story and fighting potential. Glitch is a good character with a fun personality, a cool power (that i'm surprised the Fandoms doesn't make fan forms with) and neat designs but the writers heavily underutilized him and limited him. Also for those that think his power makes no sense, he has an omni-core, and if you don't want to use the writer statements. We know that Glitch exists do to Upgrade well upgrading the omnitrix, it is implied Glitch has at least some of the blueprints of some things Upgrade has Upgrades, and we can see omni-energy flow from Glitch, not the omnitrix, Glitch. And last i check only an omni-core can generate omni-energy. Oh and Glitch's armor form was able to complete with antivilgax who is an ampaned up vilgax, Reboot Vilgax can crack a mountain with a single step and can tank shock rock who can match vilgax in strength. And Glitch can harm an amped version of that vilgax. Although he is shown to be able to get tired so Although it probably be much, he would probably need a little sleep and food. Then again he Is half human and half galvanic mechomorph. He also has good regeneration. Glitch could upgrade ascalon and assimilate alien x's DNA to be op or could just do something silly like upgrading a fan and assimilating big chill's DNA. In vs the universe kevin and Glitch get more character development than ben ironically. Hitch sucks and not only ignore's Glitch's development but doesn't even have Glitch's personality and hitch is supposed to be Glitch's future. Also I know the writers claim Glitch doesn't age but I think it would make more sense and work better if he did age. I think the line on Glitch's first form is just the light on his shiny body. Glitch deserves more attention do to his personality, first form and armor form designs and especially his powers to fuse tech and omnitrix transformations' DNA. It would be neat to see a video on him. He definitely is underrated and underutilized and so are his powers. Sorry for this random rant. Oh and the wiki has so little information on him and is missing some information but that's typically for the Ben 10 wiki anyways. Also while Glitch can be powerful he does need to make physical contact with a transformation to assimilate it's DNA and when Ben timeouts so does he. It sucks that Glitch got stuck as the rustbuggy though. I wonder what would happen if he assimilated DNA from the au omnitrixs. I'm surprised there aren't any aus involving Glitch.
