Idk who told you that. They have headlights, turn signals & tail lights. So as long as you purchase one from a government auction, get it registered & mount a lic. On it you should be good. I own 2 of them.

ColoradoPhantom67 hello there, I am in Fort Collins, is it really that easy to get these on the road? I’ve heard that they give you a hard time registering them in larger city’s like Denver, it sounds like you had no problems getting your registered and on the road, would you mind passing on how you did it? I am considering buying one from plan b supply, well because they do quite a bit of work to them and mainly because they wade trough the street legal paperwork, I really just want to have one that’s pretty bare bones, if I can get one at an auction and just purchase the hard top and hard doors from any of the outfits sell the aftermarket options I feel that I can get one on the road for a lot cheaper. Any tips you have would be greatly appreciated, thanks Matt W

CP 67 is has more $ than he knows what to do with or actually drives a civic.either was your not getting any answers.they are difficult & expensive
