I had warts as a kid. I’m pretty sure I got them from when I was playing in the dirt this one time. They were all on my fingers & eventually spread around my eyes from rubbing them all the time. (I wear glasses) it got to the point where I was so embarrassed/shy that I would wear spider man gloves everywhere. My parents finally took me to get them lasered off & I just remember crying from all the pain that day. I was so so so happy once my skin healed & I didn’t get bullied in school anymore. I’m all good now. Thanks for reading 💙

I had warts as a kid, too. I tried the CO2 method but that didn't work out for me. I went to a dermatologist to get them off in any way besides CO2. Ultimately, I chose beetle juice to get them off and lemme tell you that beetle juice hurts like a buttcheek on a stick. it took a while to get them off, but ive been wart-free for a few years now :)

​@@jackcipro1705 i had some and i put cotton or paper towels soaked in vinegar on them and then had tape hold them in place. Change out the vinegar soaked pads a few times a day. Once a day rub off and remove the dead skin. Eventually the wart will fall apart . Keep the vinager stuff in for a few days after wart it gone to make sure you get it all. I had them on fingers and foot, not sure about places close to eyes and such. But if you can tape vinegar soaked stuff to it, the wart wjll die. Tip, be careful and use the smallest pieces you can and try to only cover the wart. The vinegar will kill other skin also

I was born with them, my parents used wart remover and used tape on my knee, but whenever I went to school I would get builled and called these awful names. People avoided me like I was some sorta freak with a disease. So I know how that feels. I tried not to wear shorts when I was little but it didn't seem to work. SO ya know! It's a good thing I don't have them sense I got older.

I went through a short period where I got several warts, each of them on the back of my fingers, particularly my middle fingers (on each hand) and my ring finger. Used Compound-W over the counter topical medicine. Warts were gone within 10 days and literally never returned after I applied the Compound-W. That stuff worked like a charm for me, as I initially thought I was gonna have to have my doctor surgically remove them.

So crazy how the human body works, there’s literally life inside of life inside of life.

I can vouch for this. As a kid I thought I would get tougher feet by playing outside barefoot so I tried that for about a week but instead of super feet I got a wart on my heel. The doctor tried the liquid nitrogen but it wasn’t really enough so I ended up digging my wart out over time using my hands and when I got down to the black “roots” I slowly used a butter knife to gain leverage and pull the roots out and I guess it worked since the wart died and my foot is fine so this animation looks accurate from my experience.

@@aouyiu that's wild, the wart itself didn't hurt at all till I hit a about the middle, but that was a long time ago so I don't really remember if it hurt. All I know for sure is it bled quite a bit and then dried out and poof.

Years ago, I put up with a wart on my big toe for months. I got fed up and used a bandage soaked in diluted vinegar on it overnight. That killed it in a few days. Was able to painlessly scrape the wart away in layers. I remember seeing little black dots.

As someone who has had several plantar warts over the past 10 months, I’d like to say that they suck so bad. I’ve had it professionally frozen at negative 57° several times. ITS SO HARD TO GET RID OF THEM. I am thinking about calling the dermatology office and asking if I can get it removed surgically. I’d prolly end up with like Lidocaine or whatever the heck it is because it’s on my foot and I have restless leg syndrome so that makes this a lot harder. I ONLY WISH THESE ON MY WORST ENEMIES!!! Finally a ZackD video where I can relate. Having this thing, especially on the bottom of your foot, has got to be the worst pain ever. I didn't know it was warts at first and thought I stepped onto something sharp that went through my foot. So I bared with it almost a year, and the pain was gettinf unbearable, it was like stepping on nails. I tried removing it myself at first, but that was the biggest mistake I made. It made the surrounding skin around the foot have slight infection so i went to the skin centre to get it checked out. It takes about 5 months to fully remove the warts through liquid nitrogen freezing. And getting it gone is one of the best feelings in the world.

I had a wart on my right hand. I didn't know what it was and i used to cut it off using a razor blade, but after a few days, it would grow back. I decided to burn it with a hot motorcycle spoke and it disappeared completely.😊 Omg. Thanks for 192 likes

I had this one on my rimg finger for 10 years. Yes, I could have gone to a dermatologist but i was able to get rid of it using the cold -50°F spray used for electronics; mainly for finding a bad component. Spray it on a Q-tip and basically cold cook it against the wart for 30-60 seconds. It should hurt. That soll gradually kill the wart slowly from the top but cut off the dead part every other day and repeat. Eventually, the cold will reach to the roof and it'll completely diee. Don't buy those wart kit either.

Just so everyone knows there's this thing called a beauty pen It emits a small electrical shock at the end of a needlepoint You can get them on most websites that sell things like Amazon if you make sure you get the whole thing and every piece of the wart you can eliminate them and they will never come back It works on all kinds of other odd growths on the body as well I've even used mine on moles and things like that 👌👌👌 Just make sure you cover whatever you remove after wards because it could be contagious

I had a wart on my thumb, it first appeared as a lil bump with a small black dot. Naturally, i picked at it and pulled it out and it bled. It was very satisfying so i contied to pull out the black dots as the appeared. The came out in little, fleshy strings, almost like hair. At one point i did google it and found out the dots were blood vessels but that didnt stop the urge to pick at it. The wart got slightly bigger and harder. @@jean-lucgasly5008 Took a small piece of cotton and put a few drops of it, enough to cover the wart and just a bit around it, and held it for 5 minutes so the skin absorbs it. Done that every day for a week, and they just fell off through time.

I had warts when I was around 16, it's suddenly there in my instep, but I'm pretty sure it's cause of fungal infection at that time. I was getting irritated and insecure and try to rip it off multiple times, It's hurt and bleeding non stop and just growing back, and after getting scolded I stop trying to rip it off. But even after that, I always accidentally rip it cause i have skin infection and my skin is always itchy especially when I'm wearing sock in school. It's kind of spreading and then there's around three all in my instep. My mom told me to use chalk to burn it but it didn't have much effect. After that, we got oral medicine for my skin infection cause of fungi, and it's started to fade alongside my infection. I'm kind of free of warts but my skin got infected back several times, I guess it's because of the humidity😢

Warts can spread from the juices, cutting or popping it will spread the virus juice to more spots and you will also have to worry about the infection from the cut because underneath the wart is raw skin and the juices trapped will become a cesspool.

My body is resilient as hell. Back in 2018 the sole and big toe of my right foot was covered in warts (pretty sure I got it from my friends pool). They had multiple black little dots on most of them. At the time I had no insurance and no money to pay out of pocket to get it checked so I just kind of dealt with it and hoped it would go away… lo and behold, the following year they started to disappear and now, 6 years later, my foot is still wart-free! Woo hoo 🎉🎉 learned my lesson though and no matter the occasion, I always wear water shoes 😎

So warts generally get you when your immune system is weak, and if it strengthens up it can fight them off, if you did get any in the future though, you can use apple cider vinegar, small piece of cotton ball, dip it in apple cider vinegar, and then bandaid that onto it, change in the morning and at night, they'll start dying, and in about two weeks they'll fall right off. Just make sure the cotton isn't bigger than the wart, as you can burn the skin around it with the vinegar.

That's normal. It's happened to me twice. The warts are caused by a virus and your body can eventually become immune to it. Once that happens, they just start falling off. Good timing too, because I was just starting to have them grow under my fingernails.

Warts aren't harmful nor dangerous, it's a virus. Salicylic acid (which is basically any anti pimple skin cream) has an 80% success rate in curing them. Though more concentrated ones might be needed that your regular over-the-counter for greater effect.

Didn't know blood vessels could extend like that.

A lot of 14th century peasants might believe "Wart seeds" are a thing.

I had a wart on my finger, it wouldnt go for months, so out of sheer boredom i cut through it with a nail cutter and used tweezers to pull the black dots out- so bloody satisfying and it actually got rid of it! Whats the science behind this, i dont know (and i have a Masters in Medical Genetics.. i should know the science haha)

I actually experienced this on my foot, I was scared but after a month it just... disappeared... no mark, nothing falling off, nothing like that it just dissappear and I'm thankful for that

Hmm it may still be inside you, as warts are very stubborn. I used sylicic acid on mine, once they were killed, they went away but one came back 5 years later in the same spot. Killed it again, hopefully it's gone forever

​@thundur6996 warts are a papiloma virus, it doesn't go away, just gets killed temporarily due to your immune system, if u have low defenses might come back. It's the most common std transmitted, even through pools and bathrooms because humidity. U don't even need to maintain relations to have it

I hate anything that causes a Bump on our Human Skin. They always reminded me of The Mummy Movie where the Egyptian Black Scarabs pierce your Skin and crawl throughout your Body till it gets to your Brain. I automatically see Bumps on your Skin as some thing to cut off/cut out. Thanking I don't act on it after all these Years.

I had one on the inside of my big toe when I was maybe 9 or 10, the top was open and you could see all the ugly black dots. It made me feel sick to look at them, so I always used tweezers to pick them out and they'd be back in a couple of days. I had that wart for an entire summer and all the regular methods of getting rid of it never helped at all. At the end of the summer I ended up slipping down a curb while wearing flip flops and the thing in between the toes cut the wart off of me. It never came back after that 😆

I had a plantar wart on one of my feet once. It was needlessly painful to attempt to treat with over the counter solutions. Please, if you ever get one go straight to your doctor to have it frozen with some liquid nitrogen on a cotton swab. This treatment is muchbmuch colder and more immediately effective than the things you can find in the pharmacy. Those cans used to freeze warts do not get cold enough and the acid treatments are slow and painful. Save yourself the wasted money and suffering and seek professional help sooner than later.

The worst part is that I caught mine really early while it was only a millimeter(roughly one sixteenth of an inch) wide and tried to treat it with over the counter salicylic acid. This only injured healthy skin and caused inflammation and pain. Meanwhile the wart continued to grow despite any surface damage done to it. Trying to freeze it with those cans designed to cool a felt tip also failed because they don't get cold enough to penetrate deep enough nor cold enough to definitely kill the cells. Then I finally had enough and got a nurse to freeze the wart with a cotton swab tipped in liquid nitrogen (by which time the wart had existed over a year and had grown to just over a quarter inch or so) the treatment was over in less than 10 seconds and the dead skin and wart fell out only a day later. The inflammation and pain went away despite the open wound. Compared to the slow constant suffering, I couldn't really feel the lower threshold. I immediately stopped limping even with the properly cleaned and dressed wound on my foot which healed up in less than a month.

Another day. Another dollar.
