I always assumed Exequy just flipped your state from alive to dead. Didn't know it did damage.

I wonder who first tried it. It's an instant kill circle, so naturally you train yourself to avoid being in them at all costs lol

Ok, so basically: -Summon Death -Find maneater chest -Let pawn open said chest -Stun maneater -Make party asleep -Wake yourself up -Aggro both Death and Maneater -Get inside exequy circle -Act of Atonement -Slash the life out of death

Bro it's so cool seeing people show case tricks for this game after so many years. It's awesome that this game still has an active community, that trick definitely caught me by surprise

I have no idea how you did this gamma, but that's one helluva trickshot.

"Warrior is the worst vocation in the game!" *The only vocation that can one-shot Death...* Although it is concerning and odd knowing Warrior can only use 3 skills, it begs the question whether or not the vocation design was actually done on purpose since the damage and stagger potential is so high, or if the vocation was rushed out. Either way, you can do stuff like this lol.

I think I know what is going on, you are deflecting the damage from the exequy on death using traits and stuff to not die from the exequy itself, exequy is ment to instantly kill anything that can be targeted by it, prob internally it does 999999999999999999999999 damage or something like that. This is brilliant

@Fokkusu Well not really. You're simply multiplying damage. The lower your health the higher your damage output and the Act of Atonement allows you to escape death from Exequy at 1 health, with the Act of Vengeance absorbing all damage while it charges. You're not deflecting exequy. You're simply using it to get your health down to the lowest it can go to deal out the most damage. Added to that, you have all your augments, periapts and removing clothing for bonus damage.

finding mimic chests can be pretty hard for setup, I settled with the gorechimera's exequy post-daimon in the first floor can be pretty messy to execute but it's better than finding a chest and death at the same time.

Im using Dinput mod for damage log. First time I discover that, i Absorb Execuy then unleash on Maneater deal 1 million dmg. Tenacity augment idea come from seeing my pawn frequently survive execuy spell.

I assume death's scythe attack can't be resisted like that? Because it can, that is way easier to set up

The select herb ale made all of his pawns go to sleep, which made Death want to kill them with his scythe swing instead of first using his lantern. And panacea was used on himself just to cure his own sleep

Select herb put pawn to sleep so it make Maneater only target execuy spell on Arisen. Panecea just to wake only arisen.

Was there a chance the maneater would be able to kill you with the spell? Also, you reflect damage you dont actually take? Thats interesting, makes the skill way more viable

Its tenacity augment. Low HP, the higher the chance get killed. I took dmg. I heal using hotkey

Tenacity means 95% of surviving Exequy at full health, he then spammed curatives using hotkey to heal back up. Since he absorbed the Exequy while charging Arc of Vengeance, he returned the damage to Death, probably with some interest.
