If your happiest times have come from prolonged period of being alone, probably need to find a new social circle of people to motivate you. If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together.

"Average is the plague!" I love it!! Too many people are lazy, have no work ethic, or discipline these days. No discipline for spending, eating; all for instant gratification.

I lost everything freshman year of high school because of my skin color, my religion, my morals, my physical. I turned to my church but they cast me out of their youth, My family had given up on me, my dad said I was going to fail school I would never be an athlete, my mom told me to lay my head down. I worked from 5 to 12 everyday physically, mentally and spiritually crying myself to sleep, crying after workouts, crying after practice. I wanted to die everyday for 3 years I attempted suicide 2 times since I was 15 years old. on my second attempt I hung myself but the hook broke and I fell on the floor in tears and pain but I lived for a reason I was given purpose I was not aware of at the time, the reason was to protect and help the people who can't find the light, to fight.Since that first year I've shaped my life with blood, sweat, and tears. Today I know no physical or emotional pain, I don't fear death. I Started as a 140 pound 5'9 kid who had no purpose into a 170 pound 6'1 machine, I went from a bench warmer to a starter, I went from a C student to an A student, I went from kid to warrior. Today everyone comes to me and tries to be my " friend " the same people who would ignore me, bully me, mock me.God says to love your enemies. The greatest lesson I learned throughout my Hell was to never become the bad guy no matter what they said or did, don't become the bad guy. Don't forget that in your heart you're above them. The most powerful weapon you can have is compassion spread it. I've only shared my story with 2 others but I feel like others could connect and find hope, understand that it is not the end of the world. today I made the chose of enlisting in the marines against my parents wishes wanting to find a family someone I would lay down my life for, a family I can trust, a family that can help me grow more and me them.

I grew up in a charter school until highschool where 98% of the people were white, me being the one of two hispanics I was always mad about being the shortest in the school, yes 5 foot 9 is a good hieght and I shouldn't have cried about it but growing up and seeing everyone passing 6 foot it got to me. Now I look back at it and think God wasn't ready to give me that gift, the reason I put that in there is because most of the people I come across say the same thing they're insecure about their height or weight and for me its easy to understand that even if I was growing at a normal rate but my mind wasn't seeing it like that. I try to share everything good or bad so people can compare it with things in their life, It later helps me find the problem and guide them through it.
