The collapse of Margin debt leads to a decrease in stock prices and trigger a wave of selling as investors try to cover their losses, Buying a stock is easy, but buying the right stock without a time-tested strategy is incredibly hard. Hence what are the best stocks to buy now or put on a watchlist? I’ve been trying to grow my portfolio of $145K for sometime now, my major challenge is not knowing the best entry and exit strategies ... I would greatly appreciate any suggestions

@@MaryPatricia-wr3wj I agree, I thought I was doing alright profit wise, until I needed assistance with diversification, I reached out to a financial advisor and in less than a year I was just $51,000 shy away from $640k which is like 7x more than I make on my own..

Thank you Warren, I have learned lots from you over the past decade.
Times are weird. The US dollar is losing purchasing power due to inflation while strengthening against other currencies and assets. The stock market, real estate, crypto AND precious metals are down because people are fleeing to the "safety" of the dollar. where else can we put our investment money? I can't afford to see my savings of around $320,000 turn to dust in front of my eyes.

It's not difficult, but you have to learn and handle. Another thing is that if you can't manage your home, maybe you shouldn't invest on your own. If so, you should hire a CFP to help you diversify your assets to include ETFs/index funds/mutual funds and stocks of companies with consistent cash flows, rather than betting on penny stocks.

@@McElvinn A lot of folks downplay the role of advisors until being burnt by their own emotions. I remember couple summers back, after my lengthy divorce, I needed a good boost to help my business stay afloat, hence I researched for license advisors and came across someone of due diligence, helped a lot to grow my reserve notwithstanding inflation, from $275k to approx. $850k so far.

Warren has been very good to us in sharing his investing strategy. So, let's be nice to Warren. He is Berkshire Hathaway clothing, which has been around for years! One of the best shirts! It might be my fault he has taken a tumble as, being a sewer, I invested in another sewing machine several years ago. Included with my sewing machine was 2 instruction booklets, one in English, the other in Spanish. Not having any need for the Spanish booklet, I put it downstairs sure that one of my neighbors might grab it. They might be doing their own sewing, now. Good luck, Warren!
They Waited 3 months to upload. I don’t know if you’ve noticed but the world is totally different in July 2020 than it was on March 10th 2020.

p.s this guy didn't get to where he is simply by being a good investor, how do you get to be worth OVER a 100 billion merely knowing how to buy stocks?? its a mixture of multiple variables, he started in an era where things weren't as expensive, he made smart choices, and he invested heavily i.e $10k then later 100k then millions, not like people here here who put in a few hundred. There are plenty who are professionals haven't hit that level of wealth
